Individual Consultation

Reclaiming Your Internal Agency

What to Expect

I bring "300 years" of experience to our individual process - having witnessed firsthand the deepest human stuckness and the finest nuances of pain. Will we talk about the past? Yes, here and there, but this is not digging for the sake of digging. It is an active, collaborative process where we learn to silence the Dreadful and Critical voices, process the emotions stuck in your body and soul, and help you find your footing and vitality once again.

Whether you feel that only now, later in life, you have finally found the space to look at yourself, or you feel that the recent sequence of global and local events has changed you and you want to find your way back - this is the place to start.

Inside every person - no matter how successful or experienced - runs an internal "operating system" hardwired long ago. When we meet in the clinic, whether you are managing a global corporation under relentless pressure or trying to pick up the pieces after a life-altering betrayal, my goal is to help you understand how this system is managing you, and to restore your ability to choose your path anew.

My approach integrates two powerful therapeutic languages that complement one another:

Schema Therapy: Identifying the "Old Scripts"

We all have "schemas"-deep-seated patterns through which we experience the world. If childhood imprinted a schema of abandonment, defectiveness, or the need for perfect performance to earn love, that pattern will inevitably "ignite" in both the boardroom and the bedroom. In Schema Therapy, we don't just "talk about the past." Instead, we identify the "Modes" (internal voices) that hijack you in moments of stress - the relentless Inner Critic or the vulnerable part that feels helpless - and we learn how to provide them with a mature, protective response.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): The Emotional Compass

If Schema Therapy provides the map, EFT provides the compass. Based on the work of Dr. Les Greenberg, I view emotion not as "noise" that interferes with rational thought, but as the most sophisticated system we possess for survival and action.

In our sessions, we don’t just analyze emotions from a distance; we learn to "reach" them. Like a navigator who reads the stars but needs clear skies to do so, we learn to distinguish between "secondary" emotions that act as camouflage (like anger masking deep fear) and your "Core Emotions", which carry vital information about the steps you need to take in your life. Healthy emotional processing is what allows someone who has experienced trauma, betrayal, or the collective exhaustion of life in Israel, to stop feeling flooded or frozen and start feeling like they are back behind the steering wheel.
