We cannot change the past, but we can change the way it affects us.
Hi. If you’ve reached this page, the story you’ve been telling yourself probably isn't working anymore. Most of us seek therapy when our brain’s predictions no longer help us navigate reality. Perhaps it’s that inner voice screaming that you "must function" even when your body refuses; perhaps it’s an automatic choice to please others or pick a fight, over and over again; or perhaps it’s the painful moment of a breakup—a process that, even when necessary, remains searing and heavy.
I have spent years writing about these hidden mechanisms, and you can read about them here. In the clinic, we transform theory into a living encounter designed to help you live better with yourself.

"Wait, aren't you going to fix me?"
Don't get me wrong - I’d love to fix you, and your partner too. But that technology doesn’t exist. What I offer instead is learning to live better with the "brokenness"; understanding that the cracks are not a malfunction, but the very place where movement begins.
"And for that, do I need to talk about my parents?" The aversion to "digging into childhood" is understandable, but the truth is simple: our brain operates based on a database hardwired into us decades ago. When we encounter a difficulty, the brain asks, "What worked for me at age 10 with Mom and Dad?" and pulls out that same old solution, even if it no longer serves you. Therapy is not an opportunity to blame, but an opportunity to recalibrate the system so you can respond to the present out of choice, rather than on a survival-based autopilot.

How We Work
In Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we don’t just talk about things; we feel them. In this process, we learn to identify attacking voices and make a vital distinction between the Critical Voice - the one convincing you that you’re not good enough - and the Dreadful Voice, which claims that life is too big for you and you lack the tools to handle it. My role is to help you moderate these voices and move toward healthy emotional processing.
Healthy emotional processing doesn’t mean you have to be happy; emotions aren't decorations - they are signals guiding us through reality. In the face of danger, we are meant to feel fear, which should only subside once we’ve found shelter. Accordingly, mental health means being able to feel the emotion that truly fits the situation, whether it compels us to feel sadness, anger, or fear. The ability to carry the correct emotion drives us toward precise action and pulls us out of traps or paralysis.

"Oh No, Please, Not Couples Therapy"
In Couples Therapy, we weave two individual journeys together. We identify the shared "dance" and discover how the critical or dreadful voice of one partner awakens exactly when the other is trying to defend themselves. You will learn that you get tangled most at the moments you are trying hardest to solve the problem. From that understanding, we begin practicing new dance steps.
If you feel you are acting out of survival rather than vitality, or if you are facing a painful dissolution and need a place to lay down your swords - I invite you to contact me.

How We Can Work Together
My experience is built on years of observing the most complex human dramas up close.
I have accompanied people at the fateful intersections of the Israeli economy, in boardrooms and tech startups where the pressure never ceases. Equally, I meet those dealing with the Sisyphean grind of life itself - those who have suddenly lost their footing or those who simply lost the way back to themselves amidst the sequence of difficult events we are all navigating.
Sometimes I feel like I am 300 years old; this accumulated experience allows me to recognize the mechanics of the soul in every arena it operates. Whether it is professional stagnation with partners or private pain that has no words, our work will focus on dismantling the mechanisms that manage you and creating a new space for breath and movement.

Individual Consultation
Through individual therapy, you can rebuild your sense of agency and rediscover inner freedom. Whether you are recovering from a devastating betrayal that shattered your world, or feeling fundamentally changed by the relentless strain of life in Israel—from COVID-19 to continuous conflicts—and struggling to find your footing again, this space is for you. Therapy is also designed for anyone who feels that only now, later in life, do they finally have the space to turn inward, reflect, and reshape their life.

Couples Therapy
Most couples in distress aren't "broken"; they are simply caught in a tragic "dance" of opposing emotional defenses, known as the Pursuer-Withdrawer cycle. In our work together, we stop fighting each other and start fighting the deadlock itself, identifying the cycle as the common enemy. By understanding the underlying emotional dynamics and the voices that trigger these loops, we can lower the conflict and rediscover the deep, secure connection you’ve been missing.

Wealth-Centered Consultation
Money is never just about the numbers; it is a complex emotional language carrying the heavy weight of security, control, guilt, and identity. In this specialized space, we look past dry business strategies to address the psychological schemas and "prosperity pains" that actually run your life and your assets. Whether you are navigating a generational hand-off or the vacuum left by a central figure, we work to restore clarity and your internal locus of control—ensuring that your wealth serves your well-being rather than dividing your family.

Family Consultation & Therapy
The family is the site of our most significant bonds, but it is also where the most painful emotional "chain reactions" occur. Utilizing Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) and Schema Therapy, I help families decode the covert forces and intergenerational patterns that manage the home. By identifying these dynamics and laying down the swords, we can rebuild a "secure base," creating a system that allows every member to act out of choice and a true sense of belonging.

Executive & Professional Consultation
High-level leadership is often a collection of relentless internal and external challenges. Boardroom dynamics - or the hours spent alone at your desk - are shaped as much by objective pressures as they are by our deepest emotional mechanisms and "old maps." We address the "loneliness at the top" and the management paradox: the frustration that the more successful you become, the further you get from the work you actually love. Whether you're dealing with a difficult board, the grind of a high-growth startup, or wondering if you should just leave it all behind for a different life, we work to help you lead from a place of quiet confidence. My goal is to ensure your professional expertise doesn't come at the expense of your vitality and freedom.

How’s Your Mom Doing?
is my upcoming memoir that functions as a psychological excavation of the maternal bond in the prism of Borderline Personality Disorder. Moving away from sentimental tropes, tI tried to employ a clinical, almost forensic prose style to examine the actual power dynamics, shared traumas, and unspoken contracts between me and my mother. The book includes photographs by my mother as well as some of my drawings.

Why couple need to talk about money?
Couples often find themselves locked in cycles of conflict over sex, chores, and money, yet talking about finances remains the final frontier of intimacy. This interview explores why money is often harder to discuss than sex and why breaking that silence is essential for a truly secure connection.
